Both shops open daily at 11 AM — closing at 8 PM Sunday through Thursday and 9 PM on Friday and Saturday.
Does SipCha serve rolled ice cream?
Yes — rolled ice cream is made to order in the shop, rolled fresh on the cold plate while you watch, alongside the full bubble tea menu.
What is ceremonial grade matcha?
Ceremonial grade matcha is the finest grade of matcha, made from shade-grown tea leaves. SipCha selects the best teas, and our Matcha Milk Tea — whisked ceremonial grade matcha layered over milk — is one of our customer favorites.
Can I customize my drink?
Every cup is made to order: pick your sweetness and ice level, choose your milk, and add toppings like tapioca boba. Just tell us how you like it.
Can I order ahead or get delivery?
Order pickup ahead in the SipCha Boba app or with online ordering for either shop. For delivery, find us on DoorDash in Apex, and on Grubhub and Uber Eats in both Apex and Cary.
